Frequently asked questions
Everything about Proofiamo's plans
How is a review request counted?
A request counts when it goes out, at most once per contact and per month. Not counted: test contacts, requests not sent (guard rail, unsubscribe, quota reached) and those voided after a hard bounce.
What happens if I go over my quota?
You are told at 50, 80 and 100% of the quota. Beyond it, sending is paused: nothing is billed without your consent. You can turn on paid overage, at the price shown in the plan details, or move to the next plan. The Free plan has no overage.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you create your account, you try Proofiamo free for 30 days, with the features of the Business plan and the quotas of the Starter plan. At the end of the trial, the account goes back to the Free plan, unless you choose a paid plan.
Monthly or yearly, what changes?
Yearly, two months are free and the quota for the twelve months is available from the first day. Monthly, the quota is monthly, with no carry-over from one month to the next. On the Free plan, one twelfth of the yearly quota is added each month and adds up.
Can requests go out from my own domain?
Yes, on the Business and Scale plans, once your domain is verified. On the other plans, they go out from Proofiamo's shared sending domain.
Can I remove the "Measured by Proofiamo" mention?
Yes, on the Scale plan: the mention then disappears from request e-mails, review pages and the testimonial wall.
Who counts as a user?
Only editor users count, those who launch campaigns and moderate testimonials. Viewers, who look at the results, are unlimited and free.
How can I pay?
By card or SEPA direct debit, on every plan. The Scale plan paid yearly can also be paid by bank transfer.
